Last Updated December 5, 2025]
This Privacy Policy sets out the personal information handling practices of Quest Systems (ABN 82848547980), located at 8 Bluestone Rise, Lenah Valley Tas ("Quest Systems," "we," "us," or "our").
We are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information we collect and hold, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. Our Role in Data Handling
For the purposes of this policy, Quest Systems operates in two distinct roles:
Data Controller: We determine the purpose and means of processing. This applies to data collected directly from our own clients/prospective clients (e.g., website contact forms, billing details).
Data Processor: We process data only on the documented instructions of our clients. This applies to lead data collected by our Meta Ads Service that belongs to our clients’ customers/prospects.
A. Data Controller (When you interact with Quest Systems)
This section applies to the personal information we collect from you as a current or prospective client, supplier, or website visitor.
2. Information We Collect (As Data Controller)
We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to provide our services and manage our business operations. This may include:
Identity & Contact Data: Name, business name, phone number, email address, physical/postal address, and job title.
Financial & Transaction Data: Billing address, payment method details (collected and processed via secure third-party payment processors like [Insert Payment Processor, e.g., Stripe]), and service history.
Website & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on our website, referral source, and other information collected through cookies, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel).
Service Platform Data: Login details and usage metrics within the Quest Systems CRM (GoHighLevel platform) used for managing your sub-account.

By providing your personal information, you consent to this transfer. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient protects your information in a way that is consistent with the APPs.

B. Data Processor (Handling Client Lead Data)
This section clarifies our limited role when handling data collected on behalf of our clients through our services.
5. Our Role as Data Processor (Client Lead Data)
When Quest Systems operates Meta Ads campaigns and delivers leads to the Client's dedicated GHL sub-account, we are acting as a Data Processor for the Client.
The Client is the Data Controller and is responsible for determining the legal basis for processing, ensuring data collection is lawful, and handling data subject requests (e.g., requests to delete data) from their leads.
We process lead data (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations under the Meta Ads Service Agreement—specifically, generating the leads and ensuring their delivery and visibility within the Client's CRM.
We do not use, sell, or disclose the Client's lead data for our own independent marketing or commercial purposes.
6. Security, Cookies, and Your Rights

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes:
